The concept was born in Paris and has since landed in New York, Mykonos and the Hamptons before arriving in Dubai, where the formula has proven perfectly suited to the city’s appetite for luxury entertainment. The menu draws on French classics with Mediterranean influence — and is best enjoyed at pace, allowing dinner to transition naturally into dancing.
